Fly Ash
Our Coal Analysis can also consists of an analysis of coal fly ash. Fly ash is a fine-grain, powder waste residue produced when coal is combusted and burns. Fly ash “flies” or rises from burning coal and is generally collected in the burner/furnace’s emissions controls, filter, or scrubber. Coal Analysis can determine the make-up and mineral content of fly ash to determine if it meets preferred amounts to be used for composite, cement, bricks, or plasters.
